Shane and I signed up for the Tater Trot 10k walk to benefit the Community Dinner Table. We each won our division! This is the first time either of us had won a race and it was so fun to be able to walk and win together! It's a gigantic ego boost but I guess I should let you in on the secret... Shane was the only man, and there were ot six women... And we were only walking.  I still feel great about what we helped do, for others and ourselves.

Bits of Bryn...

Those are going to be some extra sweet cookies!

Poor girl has a genetic disease, where her head will always end up between the pillows. Sorry 'bout that one sweets.

She loves to color, and thinks she can put on makeup... I guess we need to work on what things are better for multi-tasking.

She's an amazing diver and great shark killer.

I'm glad she loves her veggies. By the way, this is exactly what and how she wanted it. We went to the store only for broccoli so she would eat dinner.

A few bits about Landon...

He loves to wear his coat and boots and tries to get outside frequently.

He loves to observe and has learned very well the art of installing and removing heater vents.

He plays well with his sister.

He can also entertain himself.

Loves long walks on the beach.

And loves to make me smile.

And then get stuck.

We spent done day this fall picking apples with Aunt Linda and she helped us make a lot of applesauce! Yum! We're lucky to have any apples left after these two apple crunchers ate their full!

This boy turned one! Landon, you are so wiggly, so happy, so easy going and good natured. You are so determined and resourceful. You are my boy. I love when you stare at something. I know you are figuring it out, you're pretty good at that. I love when you laugh, and play with your sister. You are growing up faster than you should, you keep up with a three-year-old and are always a step ahead of me. I love you Boy. Thank you for letting me be your Mommy,

I can't believe how handsome my boys are!

He's definately a boy because he likes food. He is definately my boy because it's in the form of vegetables.
